Muddle

Using word and tactile materials, Margaret, helped by Liz, shared the initial impact of her stroke and her journey to the point of accepting a new way of being and giving. The material is coiled in a beautiful shape on the paper- a sort of undulating mound. Her carer, Liz explains that this represents her feelings now following her stroke – ‘This is my life- all tangled up, it is a mess, upside down’, but that she is getting there, life has changed.
