Miscommunication nightmare



Jan’s husband had type 1 diabetes. It felt like every time she went in to visit him on the ward he’d been fed cake, sugar, sweets. 



Letters in the screw-top glass jar chime with trying to get the message through to the ward-staff about this, and also represent Jan’s husband having difficulty finding words to communication his situation.
