Rebecca selected a photograph of a maze and spoke of how it mirrors the intricate aspects of hospitalization. She expressed how, as a patient, ‘you should be able to enter safely as an individual, be cared for as an individual’ and leave with your individuality intact.

Rebecca revealed her underlying optimism - workers in healthcare go to work to care, there must be some good care there too.
